Zyulev Alexander has been doing Parkour since the age of 13. He says that Parkour has become like a “good friend”, without Parkour his life would have a big part missing. Before Parkour Zyulev had been training in capoeira, tricking and breakdancing. He continues these other things because they help with his training, and they are fun!

Zyulev says that now his work, friends, and memories are all tied to Parkour. He is especially happy about all the friends he has gained through Parkour. These people are very dear to him and they are all united by Parkour. They travel together, have fun, and love life!

Parkour has become a way for Zyulev to explore his existence in the world and for this he is very grateful. That may sound too deep, but some people like Parkour and some people live Parkour!
