Trevor has lived on Long Island his whole life. He played multiple sports for many years, and also had a passion for art. Through his college career he has earned an Associates degree in graphic design, and he is currently finishing his Bachelor’s in Art Education. While school is always a priority, sports became just another hobby, and he needed something else to fill the void.

The answer came sometime in 2008 when he discovered Parkour. Trevor explains, “As I started to train, like most Traceurs, my vision on life was changed forever. Yes, I now view anything and everything as an opportunity to train, but aside from that, I also have a new outlook on life as a whole. I have truly become a strong believer living life and not letting it live me. Parkour has given me initiative to meditate and mentally train alongside the physical expression of the movement. I can go on forever about my philosophies on life and on Parkour, but instead of writing an essay preaching my views I will let everyone sit down and think about what life means to them.”

Trevor says his video titled "You can't run from your Problems" explains a lot about him, except that Trevor’s grades are actually quite good. He still enjoys playing sports with friends, but says that Parkour has helped him become who he is as a person and that will never change. See Trevor's videos on his youtube channel linked below.
