Kinetic consists of a group of talented young men of all ethnicities who train Parkour and Free Running. They specialize in efficiency, consistency, self-progress and over all safety. Kinetic utilizes city environments that include rails, concrete walls, street floors, scaffolding, buildings etc, as well as rural environments with trees, rocks, hills, and dirt paths in order to hone their skills. Using nothings besides natural ability, Kinetic manipulates obstacles, with motions such as running, jumping, swinging, vaulting, rolling, climbing etc.
Along with Parkour and Free Running, Kinetic specializes in gymnastics and tumbling, which they also teach and perform. Kinetic has taught in locations such as, gymnastics centers, day cares and camps. Some of Kinetic's members have even performed for NBA teams such as the NY Knicks and NJ Nets during half time. Kinetic has been featured in Parkour documentaries, photo shoots and magazines. All members of Kinetic look to broaden their horizons and live life without limits.
