Keegan Swirbul has never been one to follow the crowd. He tries to be original and create his own path in Parkour and life in general. Parkour is an obsession for him. Keegan talks about his training habits, "I believe training alone in any sport is good for you but sometimes, a training partner is fun!

Keegan is currently a National Champion in mountain biking as well as a top US nordic skier. He has always loved doing flips and his background in freestyle skiing helped him with his acrobatic ability in Freerunning.
