TF Supports Team Farang

Farang ( ฝรั่ง) is the generic Thai word for a foreigner of European ancestry. Anan Anwar and Take Flight pro athlete Shaun Wood used this distinction to create a team for members with a unique connection. Based in Bang Na, Bangkok, Thailand, this team was organized to bring people together that had a shared passion. They say, “Team Farang isnt a team in the normal sense. We dont live close to each other, we don’t exactly train together, we dont necessarily do work together as a team.”
For these guys Parkour and Freerunning take on a deeper meaning. “Team Farang… …says something about you. It says that what you do isn’t just a hobby, and its not just something you do for exercise on the weekend. It says that you value something else, looking for a bit more. a fuller experience maybe, a more meaning full way to connect with people who share your passion maybe. I dont really know, but its something.”
