Take Flight

Take Flight sponsored Kinetic was on national television today on the NBC’s Today Show. The show was a little hectic, but in the time given team leader Jason Mello was given the chance to briefly talk about Parkour and introduce the discipline to mainstream America. Jason and Shem Rajoon were also given time to demonstrated some basic Parkour vaults, and Jason was sporting the Original Parkour Pants during the exhibition.

Parkour was recently feature on the hit show The Office starring Steve Carell. What was featured wasn’t exactly Parkour…. or actually even close to it. But it was funny, and more than anything it was an example of the growing popularity and influecne of the discipline around the world.

The video includes clips from Speed Air Man, ET Vous?, Accroches Toi, Un Lundi Cool, David’s world tour stop in Madagascar, his fall at UCLA, the TFI News Feature, footage shot during some of his commercial roles and during two of his meetings with PK Cali, and on top of all this there is some rare footage of David mixed in as well.
