We have just released the most highly requested shirt ever! In multiple surveys, online questionnaires, and customer and fan polls, we asked “What color combo do you want for the Original Parkour Tee?” Hundreds of answers came back, and the most common was what we have just released: a purple shirt with a lime green print.

This is the limited edition Donatello Original Parkour Tee. We have only made 35 of these so make sure to get to the store and pick yours up before they are gone!

This new Original Parkour Tee, appropriately called the Donatello Original Parkour Tee in respect of the color combination used and made famous by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Donatello, is our first ever limited edition release. We are extremely excited to announce the newest member of the Take Flight Pro Team – Australian Traceur Shaun Wood.

If you don’t know Shaun Wood you probably haven’t been a part of the Parkour community very long. Shaun Wood has been one of the most well known and influential Traceurs in the world for several years. In addition to an impressive resume and undeniable ability, Shaun is a strong member of Sydney Parkour and he has performed for K-Swiss and traveled the globe for other Parkour events, meet-ups, and other gatherings.

The newest Take Flight Athlete is known internationally by one simple name: Pasha.

Latvian born Parkour athlete Pavel Pasha Petkuns (a.k.a. Pasha) is our newest Take Flight Athlete and we couldn’t be more pleased then to have him be a part of our team. Pasha has made a name for himself in the international Parkour community because of his unique style and fearlessness. From huge movements, to dynamic control, to flowing artistic movement in tight spaces, Pasha’s movement has garnered a term which uniquely defines and explains his style. Simply, Pasha Flow.

We are extraordinarily pleased to welcome Pasha to the Take Flight team as a sponsored athlete, and we couldn’t be happier than to support him in his training and career. The Ultimate Take Flight Giveaway has had an incredible run! More than 4,000 people have become fans of Take Flight dynamically increasing our ability to share Parkour with the Facebook masses. This is awesome! Thank you for all your participation! Unfortunately, the rate of increasing fans is slowing to a rise that we can no longer attribute to the friend-adding contest requirement. For this reason, we have decided to bring the contest to a close (not yet though) so that we can move on to other ongoing competitions and giveaways. Below we have explained why we are doing this. In this process and throughout the contest we have received lots of questions which we have answered below as well:

I added all my friends and friend-ed Take Flight. Why wasn’t I added to the queue?
We created the queue the first day after the giveaway entry details were released. About a week after we created this initial queue we realized that we weren’t going to reach the end of it. We didn’t add anyone else because we expected the contest to close before anyone who wasn’t already in the queue would win.

Why are you closing the contest?
We are closing the contest so we can open the avenues again for fans to win prizes. With the current 140+ person queue, there is a long line of winners that will be waiting for some time. And all anyone in the line can do is wait! :\ We like to keep things dynamic and give people the ongoing opportunity to stay tuned into our page and win. We feel that wrapping up this giveaway and moving on to others will give everyone more chances to win.

When will the contest close?
The contest will run through this Sunday, October 3^rd at 11:59pm. At that point the contest will close and all winners will be contacted.
