The Take Flight Blog is not just about Take Flight and Parkour Clothing. As a result of our roots, our aspirations, our dedication to the Parkour community, and our Parkour enthusiast fans and customers, this blog is also about Parkour in general. With that in mind we have here our first post which is completely separate from Take Flight.

The movie trailer has just been released for Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. If for nothing else this movie would be highly anticipated in the Parkour community because of the video game’s resemblance to Parkour. But there is another factor that makes this movie’s release even more exciting; David Belle worked on the film as the “Parkour Coordinator”!

The trailer for Prince of Persia was just released and is embedded below. Even though a relatively small portion of the action is shown, David’s influence on the film can already be glimpsed at multiple spots include at 1:34 and 1:36.

Scheduled to release in theaters on May 28, 2010, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is bound to be one of the most exciting films of the summer. And with David’s touch on the film it’ll be that much more exciting to see. We can’t wait!
