Take Flight

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of someone who was a very special individual to me and a very special person in the Parkour world: Guy Janodet, a friend of mine and a close friend of David Belle’s, passed away Sunday night from complications due to cancer.

Guy was always humble and always gracious, and I will never forget the warmth and joy I felt from him over the time that I knew him. I spoke with Guy a few days before his passing, and even near the end he was ever optimistic and thinking of others before himself. One of Guy’s last projects was to unite Traceurs around the world through the FIFPK; an organization which will continue to spread Guy’s joy and kindness for countless years to come.

With all my heart I will sincerely miss you Guy. My personal prayers and condolences go out to the entire Janodet family.
